Free Entry Option:
To enter for free, visit our shop in person on Thursdays between 10 AM and 2 PM and fill out a detailed entry form. The form requires your full contact information and responses to a short survey. Free entries will have the same chance of winning as paid entries. Only one free entry per household.
Drawing the Winner:
Once the giveaway period ends, a random drawing will be conducted to select the lucky winner who will receive their very own custom-built skoolie.

Official Rules for the D&S Custom Conversions Skoolie Giveaway
Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of D&S Custom Conversions, their immediate family members, and any affiliates, agents, or partners associated with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Each purchase of a keychain on the D&S Custom Conversions website automatically grants one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Free Entry: Enter in person, visit our shop on Thursdays between 10 AM and 2 PM and fill out a detailed entry form. One (1) entry per household.

There is no limit of entries per person of paid entry method.
Entry Period

The giveaway begins on January 26th, 2025 and ends on May 1st, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be valid.
Winner Selection
-
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about May 1st, 2025 by D&S Custom Conversions, whose decisions are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $95,000.

No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except at the sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or other contact method within 5 business days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 7 calendar days to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, or if the winner is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of D&S Custom Conversions, which are final and binding.

The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity (where permitted by law).

Information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

D&S Custom Conversions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at its sole discretion, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period. For example, if 8,000 entries are received, the odds of any single entry winning are 1 in 8,000. Participants who purchase multiple entries will increase their chances proportionally (e.g., 10 entries provide a 10 in 8,000 chance of winning). All entries, whether paid or free, have an equal chance of winning.
